Prior to your arrival, Finest Gate Greeters would have already surveyed the terminal for possible security threats, paparazzi, or harassing fans. In an event that large contingent of paparazzi or a security threat is observed, and if deemed necessary, we will notify airport police. Please take note, that we've developed relationships with airport staff to escort public figures discreetly and swiftly through public and non-public thoroughfares within the airport facilities.​

If you're departing the airport, we'll escort you to your vehicle.  In this situation,  we would have already contacted your driver, and consulted with your driver for the best pickup location.​

If you have luggage which will be on the carousel, clients have the option of waiting in their prebooked vehicle, while  your gate greeter waits for your luggage. We would have recieved a photo of your luggage pieces, the number of luggage pieces, and photos of the tags in advance.
